The Client: Gokul Agro Resources Ltd.
The Scope: Multi-Location Corporate Film & Industrial Photography
The Goal: Script, shoot, edit, and deliver a high-impact corporate film across three massive
manufacturing facilities in India within a strict 15-day deadline for a major brand event.
The Story & The Unexpected Realities
The project started with an urgent phone call from the brand manager at Gokul Agro. They needed a comprehensive corporate film, but the timeline was incredibly tight: just 15 days to execute everything from scratch across three different states.
While we thrive under high stakes, a multi-location shoot normally requires weeks of pre-production planning. Moving forward meant immediately tackling serious logistical and environmental challenges:
Extreme Weather Threats: The manufacturing site in Haldia (West Bengal) was facing active storm warnings right as our production timeline began.
Remote Location Logistics: The facility in Krishnapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) was so isolated that no specialized camera gear was available locally. We had to fly in our entire setup and heavy lighting equipment directly from Ahmedabad.
Restricted Drone Airspace: The main Gandhidham plant (Gujarat) sits directly under an airport flight path, making standard drone operations for aerial factory shots highly restricted and difficult to coordinate.
Zero Preparation Time: We had no time to conduct a live location recce for two out of the three factories, and the final video script was not yet approved when the production clocks started ticking.
The Agile Strategy (How We Made It Happen)
Instead of waiting for a perfect script, we built a flexible visual checklist based on high-impact production moments. We deployed our team across the country, shooting across three states in a non-stop 7-day window while managing real-time daily edits.
Krishnapatnam (Andhra Pradesh): We landed with our flown-in gear and immediately captured the core industrial refinery operations, fast-paced product packaging lines, quality control laboratories, and dispatch workflows.
Gandhidham (Gujarat): Utilizing a brief site recce we had archived from a year prior, we safely navigated the tight local airport airspace restrictions to secure essential exterior views. On the ground, we documented their automated bakery plants, castor oil packaging lines, solar farms, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) hospital.
Haldia (West Bengal): To beat the storm warnings, we remotely directed a trusted, skilled local camera crew on the ground. Through constant digital coordination, they successfully captured storage logistics, team workflows, and final dispatch areas without delaying the project.
