Our Approach

1. Understanding Client Needs (Pre-Shoot Consultation)

Virtual Meetings with Stakeholders:

  • Conducted multiple video conferences with the IT Head in India, the Vice President, and the Visualizer.

  • Understood their vision, expectations, and reference materials.

  • Helped the client realize the need for an extended shooting schedule to match the desired quality.

Technical Planning & Budgeting:

  • Finalized the number of shoot days, camera requirements, interview setups, and budget after detailed discussions.

2. Location Recce & Strategy Adjustment

On-Site Visit & Employee Interaction:

  • Conducted a pre-shoot recce to analyze the location, lighting, and sound conditions.

  • Major Finding: Employees had memorized scripted answers, which was against the natural and candid tone requested by the client.

Making Employees Comfortable:

  • Conducted one-on-one discussions with all 7 interviewees.

  • Explained the shoot’s purpose, encouraging them to speak naturally instead of memorizing answers.

  • Created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, ensuring a smooth shoot day.

Client Feedback:
The visualizer and local team highly appreciated this approach.

3. Execution & Final Shoot

Shoot Days Adjustment:

  • Initially planned for 1-day photography + video, but after consultation, the client agreed to 2 days of video + 1 day of photography for better results.

Candid & Professional Execution:

  • Since the employees were already comfortable, capturing natural expressions and conversations became easy.

  • Used high-end audio solutions to minimize industrial noise and ensure clear interviews.

Final Outcome:
- Client Satisfaction: The shoot was executed successfully, meeting all expectations.
- Future Opportunities: The client was so happy with the results that they invited us to shoot for their operations in other countries Like Germany , South korea and USA.

Key Takeaways for Future Industrial Shoots

Understanding Requirements Deeply:

  • Often, the first inquiry comes from HR, IT, or personal assistants, who may not fully understand the creative process.

  • As professionals, it’s our responsibility to guide them through the process and align their expectations with reality.

Budget & Scope Adjustments:

  • Clients may initially have budget constraints, but if they understand the value, they are open to expanding the scope for better results.

Pre-Shoot Preparation Matters:

  • A simple recce and employee interaction session transformed the entire shoot experience.
