Case study

Gokul Agro Resources Ltd.

Industrial Photography & Video Across India

A multi-location industrial film and photo shoot delivered under extreme time pressure.

Case study : Gokul Agro :Audio narration

The phone rang. It was a call from the brand manager at Gokul Agro Resources Ltd.

"Remember the recce we did for our Gandhidham plant a while back? We didn’t shoot anything then, but now we need the full corporate film. And here’s the twist — we’ve got just 15 days to get it done."

That meant scripting, filming, photographing, editing — all across three major factory locations in India — and delivering a polished final product in just over two weeks.

We never say no to a challenge. In fact, that’s where we thrive — when the stakes are high and time is tight. But something about the urgency, the scale, and the faith they placed in us made it impossible to resist.

The Unexpected Realities

  • Haldia (West Bengal) was under storm warnings

  • The factory in Andhra Pradesh was so remote, we had to fly in all equipment's and camera gear from Ahmedabad

  • The script wasn’t finalized before the shoot.

  • No time for a location recce at 2 of the 3 sites

And still, we moved forward.

The Plan (That Evolved on the Move)

We began by shooting in Krishnapatnam (AP), then moved to Gandhidham (Gujarat), while remotely directing a local team in Haldia. Thanks to existing contacts and a year-old recce in Gandhidham, we had just enough local insight to keep going.

Instead of finalizing the script first (our usual process), we created a list of high-impact moments and location-specific visuals. These became our anchors:

  • Gandhidham: bakery plants, castor oil packaging, Kandla terminal, solar farms, CSR hospital

  • Krishnapatnam: refinery operations, quality checks, and dispatch areas

  • Haldia: packaging, storage area, dispatch logistics, team workflow

With this flexible blueprint, the cameras started rolling.

Making It Happen

  • Shot across Andhra Pradesh, Gandhidham, and Haldia in 7 days

  • Covered both industrial photography and corporate film production

  • Captured the entire process — from raw materials to final dispatch

  • Gandhidham site is near to airport , which is also difficult to operate to drone, for aerial shots.

  • Real-time reviews and edits helped us stay agile. Every day counted.

The Payoff

The final corporate video and visuals were delivered on schedule and showcased at the event.

The visuals brought energy, scale, and clarity to Gokul Agro’s operations — and sparked inquiries from other brands looking for similar work.

Key Takeaways for Future Industrial Shoots

  • Plan flexibly, shoot smart

  • Build trust with local crews

  • Don’t wait for perfect scripts in tight timelines

  • BTS coordination and weather prep can make or break the outcome

Conclusion

This project reinforced the value of clear communication, technical precision, and building trust — not just with clients, but also with the people we photograph. It proved that even under tight timelines, a thoughtful and agile approach can lead to powerful results. Beyond just delivering visuals, it laid the foundation for long-term partnerships and global opportunities in industrial photography and filmmaking.

This project was proof that speed doesn't have to sacrifice story.
